Restaurant recommendation... Empty Restaurant recommendation...

Let me start by saying the food at our resort is amazing. We know, because we've stayed here before. But I know sometimes it's nice to get off the resort to sample a nice restaurant or... just to get off the resort. So for those who might be looking for a restaurant to check out, I recommend Cafe des Artistes. Nice French restaurant about a 12 minute drive from our resort, or half hour walk if you're feeling ambitious!

Olena and I plan to check out another restaurant the week before all the guests show up, so I'll keep you guys posted if it's worth recommending!

Hey folks, just got back from the other restaurant I said we would tell you about if it was worth checking out and we both gave it a very enthusiastic 2 thumbs up! Name is Vista Grill. The ambiance at this one was a little different than Café Des Artistes as it was right on the beach (literally, chairs and tables were available on the sand if you prefer to eat outside) so you can catch a stunning view of the sunset if you go right around 5:45pm (sun sets ~6:15pm this week). Try the Seared Tuna appetizer and Tiramisu and Hidden Beer Flan desserts. Absolutely fantastic!
